Orders are picked, steamed where needed, folded with tissue and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Your confirmation email with the tracking number goes out the moment the parcel leaves — whether it holds one skort or a full capsule.

Tracking goes live once the carrier scans the parcel, which can take up to 24 hours after the confirmation email. A link that shows nothing on the first evening is not a lost package — it is a package that has not met its first scanner yet.
All 50 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes tend to land at the far end of the windows above, occasionally a day past them.
