Frequently Asked Questions

What our inbox asks most weeks, answered in one place.

Fit and Sizing

Do ELLEVEN pieces run true to size?

We cut to the measurements in each product’s size chart, given in inches and centimeters, and we hold that chart across the range. When a specific style runs snug or generous — some low-rise denim does — the product page says so plainly rather than leaving it to luck.

I am between two sizes. Which one?

For structured pieces — blazers, waistcoats, suit vests — take the larger size; a tailor can take fabric in, but cannot conjure it. For high-stretch denim and knits, take the smaller one: the fabric is built to give.

What does “skort” mean on a product page?

A skirt with shorts built in underneath. From the front it reads as a mini skirt; from a bicycle, a breeze or a bleacher seat, it behaves like shorts. Ours keep the shorts invisible under the hem.

Fabric and Care

How do I wash stretch denim so it keeps its shape?

Cold water, inside out, and hang to dry. The elastane that makes the fit forgiving is the first thing a hot dryer kills. Skip the softener too — it coats the fibers and relaxes the recovery.

Does the linen wrinkle?

Yes — it is linen, and a lived-in crease is part of why it looks right. Our linen blends are chosen to soften the effect: hang the piece in a steamy bathroom for ten minutes and it settles into the good kind of rumpled.

Orders and Payment

Which payment methods can I use?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I still change my order?

If it has not shipped, yes. Email [email protected] as soon as you can — packing runs fast, and once the carrier has the box, changes become a return instead.

Delivery and Returns

How fast does an order arrive?

Standard delivery runs 3–7 business days after the 1–2 day packing window, with quicker options at checkout. The full table lives on the Shipping & Delivery page.

And if it does not suit me?

Thirty days, tags on, unworn — the Returns & Exchanges page walks through the three steps.
