Thirty Days to Decide

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or an exchange. Clothing comes back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene liners in place — tried on over your own clothes is fine, worn to brunch is not.

How a Return Starts

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and which piece is coming back.
2. Within 1–2 business days we reply with return instructions.
3. Fold it, pack it, send it — and keep the drop-off receipt until the refund lands.

The Refund Itself

We inspect the parcel when it arrives and release the refund to your original payment method. From our door to your statement is normally 5–7 business days.

Trading Sizes or Colors

Need the Medium instead, or the light wash instead of the black? Say so in the same email — if the replacement is in stock we set the exchange up straight away.

Faulty on Arrival

A split seam, a missing button, a zipper that quit on day one: photograph it within 7 days of delivery and send it over. We replace or refund faulty pieces in full, and the shipping is on us.
